Summer Pride Workouts
What: Summer Strength and Conditioning
When: 6 Weeks in the summer 3 days per week (Mon, Tues, Thurs)
Open Weight room on Wednesday 8-12
Weeks of: 6/11 6/18 6/25 7/9 7/16 7/23
8-10am Varsity athletes encouraged for this session
9-11am Middle School/Baseball/Soccer / female athletes encouraged for this session
as we will be more sport specific for this session.
Where: WHS Weight Room/Fields
Cost: $100 Includes T-Shirt /Shorts
